Knowledge Mapping of Homeowners’ Retrofit Behaviors: An Integrative Exploration

Energy retrofitting of existing residential buildings has a great potential to achieve sustainable future. One important way reach this is understand homeowners’ retrofit behaviors due their crucial roles in adoption and effects. Despite many attempts, researchers governments still know less about the holistic profile behaviors, which brought little success trigging renovation activities achieving expected This study tries fill research gap by comprehensive review body research. A keyword-based scientometric analysis was performed based on set 152 journal articles. By further refining keywords, main domains pertaining investment-decision-energy policy instruments, types, construction & services, methods methodologies were mapped show relevant knowledge topics. Based these results, integrated framework developed, explains systematic cross-disciplinary interactions.
